Every careless mistake, traced to a habit and fixed
Each wrong answer is traced to the habit behind it. The habit goes on your child’s list of mistakes with the marks it cost, and stays there until it is right three times in a row.
How it works for your child
Every lost mark explained
Your child’s answer next to the right one, what went wrong in one sentence, and the steps, with a bar model where it helps.
Habits, not a pile of wrong questions
Ten wrong answers are often two habits. The list shows each habit once, with the marks it has cost and the topic it belongs to.
Fixed means fixed
A habit counts as fixed only after 3 right answers in a row on questions that set the same trap.
Untimed practice with help
Practice sets are 5 to 10 questions, with a hint under each answer and Knowbot, the maths tutor, on every question.
Mistakes, fixed, answered
What counts as a habit?
A mistake that repeats in a recognisable way: taking a fraction of the whole instead of the remainder, stopping at one part in ratio, writing 30 minutes as 0.3 hours. There are 15 we track in PSLE Maths.
What if a fixed habit comes back?
It goes back on the list and the count starts again: three right in a row to fix it a second time.
